No. No employer or agency on Alwass may charge you for a job, an interview or a placement. Report it from the listing and we will look into the account; do not pay anything.

Create your profile, upload your CV, then open a job and press Apply. Some employers add a few screening questions — answer them and your application goes straight into their pipeline.

No. Upload your CV as a PDF and the empty parts of your profile are filled in from it for you to check. Nothing you already typed is overwritten, and you can edit anything before saving.

Applied means the employer has it. Reviewing means they are reading it. Interview and Offer speak for themselves. Hired means the job is yours. Not selected means they went another way.

Yes. The employer picks a reason from a fixed list — a missing skill, not enough experience, a must-have answer, another candidate, or the position being filled — and you see it on your application, with one thing to improve and similar jobs to try.

Not to a job that already said no. The Try again panel points you at similar openings instead, which is where a new application actually has a chance.

Every company is checked before it can post: business registration, PAN, and for an agency recruiting overseas, its Department of Foreign Employment licence and expiry date. An unverified company cannot put a job on the board.

Employers you apply to can see the application and the CV you applied with. Your profile appears in employer searches once it is complete enough to be useful.

Create your company profile, get it verified, then use Post a job. Verification is what keeps fake employers off the board, so it comes first.

Right now the first 100 companies to join post as many jobs as they like, free, for 30 days from the day they join — 100 places are still open. Outside that, the free plan keeps 1 job post live at a time.

The jobs you already posted stay live. From then it is 1 job post at a time on the free plan, or a plan, or a job credit for each extra post.

Up to 50 new job posts in any 24 hours, per account. It is there to stop a flood of duplicate adverts, and it applies to spreadsheet imports too.

Yes. Download the template, fill it in and upload it — up to 50 jobs a file, checked row by row before anything goes live. Either every row is posted or none is, so you never get a half-finished import.

Questions every applicant answers when they apply — yes/no, multiple choice or a short answer. You can mark which answer is right, so candidates arrive with a score instead of an essay to read.

It counts how many of your scored questions a candidate answered with the answer you marked right, shown as “Answers 4/5”. It sits beside the skills match, never mixed into one number.

A question where a different answer is flagged in red on the candidate's card. It never rejects anybody automatically — a question set up by mistake should not throw good people out unseen.

Pick a reason from the list when you reject. The candidate sees it in kind, fixed words with what to improve and similar jobs, and you get a pipeline that says why people were turned down.

Use Mark as filled on the job. The listing closes and everyone still waiting is told the position is filled, so nobody is left waiting for an answer. Anyone hired, or holding an offer, is left alone.

Yes. An agency keeps a list of client companies and files each vacancy under the right one, with the whole pipeline, placements and invoices in one place.

Yes. The company a job is filed under must be verified — an agency is held to exactly the same rule as any employer, with no carry-over from a client's verification.

A Department of Foreign Employment licence number and its expiry date, on top of the usual registration and PAN. Under the Foreign Employment Act an agency cannot legally recruit for overseas work without one.

The verified badge stops on the expiry date by itself, and posting and spreadsheet imports stop with it. You get reminders before the date so it is never a surprise — renew and upload the new licence to restore it.

On the agency dashboard: vacancies by stage, placements with their guarantee windows, and every invoice you have raised, with what is paid and what is overdue.

Browse the marketplace and send a proposal on any open project. Bidding is free, and there is no limit on how many projects you can bid for.

Each project shows whether the client's business passed verification and whether they have actually paid for something on the platform before. Both come from the records, not from a claim.

The client picks a reason from the same fixed list employers use, and you see it on your proposal with similar projects to try. If somebody else was accepted, everybody still waiting is told the project is filled.

A contract is created for that project and the work moves onto milestones, so what is agreed and what is delivered are recorded in one place.

Per milestone, as the client releases it. A released milestone that nobody objects to is paid out automatically after its window, so payment does not depend on somebody remembering to press a button.

No. One payment covers one month or one year, nothing is charged to you automatically, and you get a reminder three days before it runs out. When it ends you go back to the free allowance until you pay again.

A pack of 3 posts for Rs 1,199. One credit posts one job beyond your plan's allowance — and a credit is only ever spent after that allowance is used up.

Only if you buy them without a plan: those last 30 days, and you are warned three days before. Credits bought while you are on Pro or Business do not expire at all.

They stay. A plan's own allowance is always spent first, so your credits sit untouched until you actually need one.

Through Khalti, in Nepali rupees. The purchase is confirmed the moment Khalti confirms it, and what you bought is active straight away.

On your billing page: every purchase with its date, your plan's end date, and every batch of job credits showing when it was bought and when it expires.

Contact us and we will look at it. A refund is done by hand by an administrator, which also reverses any credits the purchase granted.

Yes. Three days before, and again on the day, for a plan's paid period, for job credits that expire, and for a launch-offer free month.

Share your link. When somebody who came through it buys a paid plan, job credits or a boost within 30 days, you earn 10% of what they paid.

Every referral whose commission has been paid out to you counts towards your rank, starting at 10. The top rank multiplies every commission you earn from then on by 1.75x.

Because a rank counts people whose commission has actually reached your account, not people who clicked or signed up. Your dashboard shows both: how many of your referrals became paying customers, and how many have paid out.

Save a payout method — bank, eSewa or Khalti — then request a withdrawal of your available balance. There is no minimum and no fee from Alwass; payment is made by hand, so allow a few working days.

Referring yourself, creating accounts to refer yourself, spam, or using the Alwass name in adverts. Those referrals are not approved, and repeated abuse closes the affiliate account.

A company must pass verification before it can post: registration, PAN, and a DoFE licence for overseas recruitment. A company cannot register under a name that impersonates another, and an admin reviews the evidence with the risk signals alongside.

Report it from the listing. Reports go to the moderation queue with the account's history, and an account under review can be suspended, which stops it posting or messaging anybody.

Yes — contact us and we will remove it. Withdrawing an application you have sent is something you can do yourself at any time, unless you have already been hired.

Check your spam folder first, then use Forgot password on the sign-in page to send it again. If it still does not arrive, contact us and we will check it at our end.
