Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the company, its services, and policies
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using office equipment, such as phone systems and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
