Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded professional to join our team as an Analytics & Strategy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop data-driven strategies and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including sales, marketing, customer behavior, and market trends.
Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of key business metrics, such as revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
Strategy Development and Planning:

Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives and action plans.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate in the development of business goals, objectives, and KPIs, aligning them with the overall organizational strategy.
Assist in the development of pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation.
Performance Optimization:

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives.
Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of different strategies and tactics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency based on data analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Provide guidance and support to team members on data analysis methodologies and strategic decision-making.
Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning:

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytics tools and techniques.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical modeling, and business strategy.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Strong business acumen and understanding of key business drivers.
