About the role
Own the success of our mid-market accounts from onboarding through renewal.
What you'll do
- Onboard new accounts and drive time-to-value.
- Run regular check-ins and QBRs with key stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities and flag churn risks.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success or account management.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
- Empathetic communicator with strong organisation skills.
