Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Alwass platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alwass Ltd.

Alwass is a hiring, freelance, and HR super-platform that connects job seekers, freelancers, employers, recruiters, and HR agencies. The Platform includes:

• Job listings and application management tools.
• A freelance marketplace for projects and services.
• NexaSkills — online courses for career development.
• NexaRecruit — international job placement services.
• NexaCommunity — professional groups and events.
• Analytics, billing, and partner programme tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

To access most features you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not share your account credentials with third parties.
• Not create more than one account per person without our written permission.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, profiles, or project briefs.
• Harvest or scrape user data without explicit written consent.
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity.
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security features.
• Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, with or without prior notice.

If you use the Platform as an employer or recruiter, you additionally agree to:

• Only post genuine roles that exist and are actively being hired for.
• Comply with all applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity requirements.
• Not use applicant data for purposes outside of the specific hiring process.
• Respond to applications within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accurately represent your company, role requirements, salary, and benefits.

If you use the Platform as a freelancer or service provider, you agree to:

• Accurately represent your skills, experience, and availability.
• Deliver work to the standard described in your profile and agreed proposals.
• Hold all necessary rights or licences for work you deliver.
• Not solicit clients outside the Platform to avoid our fees during an active engagement.
• Comply with all applicable tax obligations for income earned through the Platform.

Paid features are subject to the pricing described on the Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Refunds: subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. No refunds are issued after 14 days.
• Price changes: we will give 30 days’ notice of any price increases via email.
• Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will retry for 7 days before suspending your account.
• Marketplace fees: Alwass charges a platform fee on transactions completed through the marketplace. Current fee rates are displayed at checkout.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alwass Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, portfolios, project briefs). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it as necessary to operate the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcomes (such as employment or contract placement) will result from use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alwass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with immediate effect for serious violations, or with 14 days’ notice otherwise. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
